We are starting cooperation on the project — a new unit for the production of spherical dust

Implementation new units for the production of spherical dust This is another important project for us in the field of industrial automation.

In partnership with ZVU Engineering a.s., MARHOLD a.s. and S U M O s.r.o. we were successful in the selection process and are participating in the implementation at the premises of Explosia a.s. in Pardubice. The project includes two production lines for continuous three-shift operation, designed with an emphasis on automation, reliability and safety.

Distribution of roles

The project will be delivered by a consortium of three partners:

• ZVU Engineering, a.s. — lead partner of the consortium and supplier of the technological scope

• MARHOLD a.s. — general contractor of the building part

• S U M O Ltd. — supplier of electrical, I&C, control system and SCADA

Our delivery

As S U M O Ltd. we provide complete electrical and I&C for both production lines and common technologies.

We provide control systems on the platform Siemens, SCADA visualization with connection to MES/ERP and equipping control systems with industrial PCs with multi-screen control and backup power supply. The delivery includes ELA, I&C and HVAC switchboards, fire alarm and CCTV systems, complete grounding, lightning protection and packaged units — pressure stations, air conditioning units and machine control cabinets.

In parts of the operation, we work in Ex design, which ensures safety in potentially explosive environments.

The delivery also includes complete wiring, cable routes, and heating systems to ensure operational reliability.

Our work includes project engineering, installation, commissioning, operator training, inspections, and TIČR.

After launch, we provide service and technical support.

The project represents a significant step towards modern, automated, and safe production of spherical powders. The success achieved by the consortium of ZVU Engineering a.s., MARHOLD a.s., and S U M O s.r.o. highlights the technical expertise of leaders in their respective fields and significant employers in the Pardubice and Hradec Králové regions.
