Replacement of the control system — BPS Kněžice
The object of implementation was the replacement of the existing TECOMAT TC700 control system with Siemens S7-1500 control system with input and output modules ET 200SP. The application software was newly created in the Siemens TIA Portal STEP7 V18 environment. The existing Reliance visualization was re-routed, expanded with a Siemens communication driver, and at the same time it was upgraded from a Server license to a Combi Package Enterprise. Furthermore, a visualization was created for the new Weintek CMT2128x HMI in EasyBuilder PRO.
The replacement of the control system was realized in the shortest possible time, so as not to unnecessarily limit the operation of the biogas station. During the switching of the control system, a functional I/O test was performed, followed by debugging and testing of automatic modes according to the original algorithm. Part of the implementation included distortion and transfer of the actual state of the documentation, training of operators in visualization control and transfer of SW backups.
