Polymerization preheaters and wastewater pipes

Pro increase of wastewater pumping capacity a new wastewater pipeline route with a clearance of 6" has been proposed. Our electrical part was primarily dealt with heating of this pipe by the Raychem system. In the measurement and regulation part, it was necessary to provide billing measurement of wastewater. This was provided by the Krohne flowmeter, the INMAT conversion unit and the ZPA temperature measurement.

In the framework of polymerization preheaters The first part has been solved Concentration of the solution, where the project dealt with the delivery, installation and connection of measuring instruments to the operating section. The second part of the project concerned condensate system. This part of the project dealt with the modification of the steam condensate dosing system from the operation section condensate system to the injectors. In both cases, the heating of the pipes was again solved by the Raychem system and the following instruments were used for the mentioned part of the MaR: JSP sump temperature sensors, E+H differential pressure sensors, Krohne float flow meter and WIKA pressure gauges.
